The Wheatsheaf Inn is a Grade II coaching inn situated in the heart of Northleach. The project was full design and build working alongside owners Sam & Georgie Pearman to deliver this spectacular boutique hotel with 14 individually designed en suite rooms, two bars and wonderful gardens.
Work involved gutting and refurbishing the existing premises, converting and incorporating the next door cottage into 3 new rooms and public areas while running all planning, listed building and change of use applications.
